Welcome to Exler Canine Dog Training and Behaviour. We believe dog training isn’t just about your dog. In fact, the most integral part of the training process is you. That’s why we work with you to make sure your training plan fits your lifestyle and is tailored to what you need with practical and flexible programs.
I'm Callum and I started working with dogs professionally for a dog boarding company. Whilst there I worked with many varieties of breeds and temperaments of dog, which gave me great hands-on experience. I then left that position and started Pack walks and learning my craft in canine psychology and dog training. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some great trainers already and have formed a great working relationship with them. I’m qualified in the correct areas of field but I’m a true believer in skill & experience especially when it comes to dog training. My results and reputation speaks for itself.

Balanced dog training, real dog training.
As certified dog trainers and behaviour consultants, Exler Canine Dog Training has been training dogs since 2018. Our training allows you to remain in the comfort of your own home or at our facilities, whilst receiving the best available techniques to address you and your dog’s specific needs and challenges.
We take on any type of behaviour from basic manners, to reactivity/aggression. Our methodology is to train dogs, specifically to their needs, in front of us. Not one shoe fits all when it comes to dog training. We do ask that you are open minded with what we choose to be the right path in a rehabilitation or training regime for your dog to get the best possible results.
Puppy & Junior Classes
Every great dog begins with a well trained pup.
Join our group puppy training classes where you'll learn handling skills, socialising, house manners, basic obedience and much more!
Adult Classes
Out group setting provides real life distractions to help your dog learn to focus and listen- anytime, anywhere.

1-2-1 Training
Strengthen your skills and confidence and see a change in your dog from the get-go. Simply put, our training works! All we ask is that you are consistent with the approach we teach you.
Collect & Train
No time to train? We’ve got you covered! With our 1 Hour Collect & Train service, we collect your dog and work one on one on areas of training you are currently looking to improve.
Day Train
Got a busy schedule but want a well behaved dog? Our Day Train Program combines expert training with a full day of enrichment, exercise, and social neutrality.​
Advanced Obedience
Our Advanced Obedience is designed for dedicated handlers aiming to excel in their desired sport. Fine tune your heel work, send aways and stays, build focus and drive for a trial ready performance
Protection Sports
We can help you achieve competition/high level obedience. We can also help guide you with obedience and problem solve through sports such as PSA which we have a titled dog through our training. Please contact us to find out more

Callum our head trainer strives to get the best out of you and your dog. Callum is passionate and being recognised as one of the best trainers in Oxford. Callum help teaches owners how to effectively communicate with their dog and build a great relationship & bound together.

Working dog
Jericho is a working dog and titled in PSA 1 and ZWP 1. Jericho helps with all my clients and their dogs acting as a reliable stooge dog in 1-2-1 sessions and groups classes.

Nebula is the youngest of the team, she is titled in ZWP 1 and also acts a stooge dog for clients and group classes.
Senior Trainer
Bella is a vital part of the team and the reason Callum got into dog training. Bella has helped numerous of dogs and has been an integral part of the Exler Canine journey. Now happily retired after fulfilling her duties.
Sarah helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting training sessions. Having two German shepherds of her own, Oryn & Inca, she understands first hand the dedication and care it takes to raise and train your dog. She combines top tier organisation skills with hands on work to help dogs and their owners thrive, all whilst running her own dog walking business.
Maz is responsible for capturing and creating a lot of the visual content for Exler Canine. From photos & videos to posters, adverts and branding, Maz ensures every image and design reflects the passion of the team. and builds a consistent & recognisable brand. She has a Jack Russell Terrier named Ralph and runs her own photography business- Moss Photographic
